Aikido can work on the street. The key is practical training. Not traditional training. Mizu Aikido of Fort Worth teaches functional self-defense techniques that really work. We combine striking, ground fighting, weapon usage and awareness training with our core Aikido practice, equipping you with a more realistic self-defense arsenal.
